Recruitment
Our recruitment procedures ensure the employment of experienced
staff who have to first of all demonstrate competence
before any appointment. Besides being SIRA accredited,
criminal and reference checks are done on all prospective
employees. Furthermore, after such scrutiny, three
days of orientation culminating in a robust assessment,
is compulsory as part of the pre-selection process
for guarding service. The successful persons are then
offered contracts and assigned to an inspector and
manager whose task it is to mentor the appointee through
a probationary period. A further review is done at
the end of the probationary period to assess suitability
for permanent status.
